I ordered a trousers and top set in Dec 2023, I was sent the trousers in a 'partial order' per the email. The top has never been sent, I haven't had an email to refund me or let me know its been shipped.
So am I waiting on a refund as you perhaps no longer have in stock? or do you still intend on sending out to me? i paid the postage!
So far I have a pair of trousers that matches a top I don't have. I won't even be able to send the trousers back soon as will exceed the 30 day returns.
Utterly shocked, always loved this store.
