Firstly the site was easy to use and to navigate. Purchasing was painless and simple. After sales communications were also good. I never had to chase anything. My item came when it was expected. The box and packaging were stunning, a really nice touch but I One of the button holes at the top of the coat dress was fraying in one area and the dress was really creased at the back. I was also expecting the material to be slightly better BUT the size was perfect and fitted me like a glove. It wont deter me from buying again but I would pay a smaller price to save on packaging. I cant have millions of boxes like this around the house and its such a shame to waste them and chuck them out.
