I ordered two dresses in different sizes because i was unsure of the fit. When they came one was neatly packaged and one had obviously been tried on and squashed back in the bag.
Unfortunately that was the one that fitted , so i had to order a new one that was not creased.
I would think that before you send out items you would check them and send them out neatly packaged, It was disappointing for a large company as yourselves ,
