This is the first order I have placed with this company The jacket I ordered looked as if it had been worn. The fringing at the neck was frayed the fringing on the arms was pulled and all different lengths. There was no return la el in the parcel and I am having great trouble getting a label to download. This was after a long conversation with customer care who had sent me the app so I could get a label to print out. It is looking at the moment that on top of the delivery of 3.50 I am going to also have to pay for a return. All for a jacket that had defiantly not been checked before delivery. I am extremely disapointed with this company who I thought were a prestigious company
