The delivery driver lied and said they attempted delivery when I have cameras and watched playback to double check and they didn’t. I needed it for this weekend and now apparently my parcel is delayed as they have had to take it back the depot as I didn’t answer the door of the pretend attempt to deliver. I’m sure the product is lovely but I’m yet to receive it due to dpd.
