I tried to return an item but as I dont have a printer I can’t print a returns label so I rang to request one to be sent out which they can’t do,they told me to log into my account which I have tried to do on numerous occasions & can’t get into even though I have reset my password. I just think it’s very poor service as I will probably now have to pay to return my item.
