For a £260 spend plus next day delivery cost I expect a little more finesse than a plastic bag! Then the quality - Ginny was adequate but the Marsha was frankly shabby with sequins already missing. Then the returns! The return label should be included with the associated returns paperwork. Finally, the returns parcel was Confirmed as returned on the 2nd Jan but only today (11th) have I received mail to confirm the return has been processed. I'm guessing another couple of days for the credit to actually hit my account. That exceeds the stipulated "up to 7 days" and that therefore breaks the terms of our agreement. Overall a disappointing experience.
