Very disappointed with customer service. No confirmation email despite ringing up and querying this.
Items in order arrived a day late. Not as good quality as I would have expected after spending almost £300. Horrifically both items I bought reeked of cigarette smoke!!
Rang about sending them back.... no apology for my inconvenience in having to do this. I was just told I would be sent a Royal Mail link to print off a label. This link has never been received by email or any other method.
Won't be using this company again
