Hi I bought a dress £199.99 paid for next day delivery on opening the package there was dirty marks at top of dress over the bust. I had to go and get the new dress cleaned as had bought it for an occasion and had no time to return it. I did email customer service straight away just to advise but still waiting on a reply which was weeks ago
