I ordered the Imogen feather dress to wear for an event as it looked beautiful online.
It arrived 3 days later and I was extremely disappointed. For nearly £500 the dress looked as though it cost £20 to make.
The fabric was cheap, it was sewn badly, and it didn’t even have a hem.
Obviously I returned it the same day. Now here is where the problems start -
Returns are made as difficult as possible. Instead of a prepaid returns label you have to create an account online, then go onto the Royal Mail website to then print a label out yourself.
Now, despite the fact that I returned the item weeks ago, and the tracking shows they received it 2 weeks ago, I am still battling to get my money back.
I have emailed 5 times and had no reply. I have called 6 times and had no help either.
Luckily I paid via PayPal so I have now had to try and claim back the money through them.
Appalling service - AVOID.
