It seems since RHOC its post them out in whatever state they are, the first few items I ordered were immaculate, now they seem to be shoved out from china hence why I am sending a recent order back.....over promising,..severely underreporting.....when I complained about a recent item that was so faulty I was offered a 10% discount or exchange, I explained 4 times it was for an event the next day but the guy didn't seem to care one bit ....,..Alex was his name I think, I will try one more time and see if there is any increase in packaging, customer service and the product itself, have never had to tidy up items so much....very disappointed.
