Very good customer service, was sent a faulty item and was refunded straight away, no problems. Some items i sent back as quality was cheap but other items i kept were designer quality so i guess it depends what you buy. Fast delivery, friendly customer service. Will shop again as am very happy with the items I'm keeping.
