I am very happy with my purchase however not happy with the delivery. I paid for next day delivery which stated my dress would be delivered next day if the order was placed before 4pm. The dress did not come 'next day' because I ordered it when it was a bank holiday. This was not made clear at the time of purchase - I live in Scotland where it was not a bank holiday and I feel this should be made more clear in future. If it's a bank holiday and your offices are going to be closed you should make this more clear to customers.
