I returned some items a few weeks ago.. I am still waiting to hear if they have been received (although I see in the reviews, this is not a customer service that is done).
I am still waiting on my refund. This bad experience has convinced me to shop elsewhere in the future. I buy on line from other sites all the time and their customer service is fabulous, so what’s happening here? I’m really disappointed.
