I really use to enjoy shopping at Forever Unique and use to spend a lot of money purchasing their clothes. These days it feels like very hard work with having to now pay for delivery unless they have a free delivery promotion happening and also you may purchase something full price and not too long after there is a flash sale with 10% or 20% off clothing which can be very disappointing. I feel that many of the styles are not to my liking anymore and alot of the clothing is poorer quality than the high end that they use to be. I was very agreaved recently after paying postage for an item I ordered in a size large that was clearly a much smaller size than a large. I sent photos to Zara at Forever Unique showing a comparison of the supposedly large item I’d received to another Forever Unique large different item but was told they would not refund the delivery charge. S, M and L is an unhelpful size option to provide on the website. I wish a lot of the styles were not designed for people who don’t have to wear a bra too as that is not a realistic percentage of the female market including me. It’s such a shame as I use to be such a fan and spend a decent amount of money with them. They also may feel annoyed with me for posting this review but I would have emailed it to the Forever Unique customer services email address but I don’t think it’s monitored as I’ve sent a few questions to it previously but no one ever responds. And also the new courier service is terrible. If your not in to receive your parcel it’s a nightmare having to rearrange it. DPD were much better.
