Firstly I had to email Customer service to see If my order had gone through has I hadn’t received a confirmation email. Secondly when placing the order I paid for next day delivery and was sent an email on the day of expected arrival saying because there was an hitch in the system this would not be happening but they would refund me my delivery costs and would get the order the following day. Although not entirely satisfied with the service I did get promo replies from customer service. So well done to customer service, the only reason for the 2 star rating ☹️
