I have always had good experiences with forever unique but this time my experience was not the best. The rating is purely for my experience with customer services. I Messaged them twice about two different queries with my order and they didn't get back to me, when the item arrived it was actually faulty.
Delivery time was great and returns process so far has been good. I have only just returned the faulty item so the process is not complete.
