Appalling service, ordered on 24/11, dispatched 26/11, still haven’t revived my order (6/12) Sent numerous emails chasing this and the response was it needed to be collected from depot. I have had zero communication so no idea where/how to collect. After a further email to say it was being looking into I have been ignored for 2 days. Totally unacceptable service.
