Delivery is good
Returns are made difficult , no returns label you have to go online and print one...... very Stone Age .
I have lots of their dresses and I'm usually very impressed
However the last 2 I've purchased are not in the same quality bracket at all .
I hope it's just bad luck of my choices and not something that's going to occur frequently.
