Item turned up in in awful packaging. Dress was ripped in 4 places due to poor packaging. Spoke to customer services who said refund will be dealt with as soon as dress arrived back to them. Have now been waiting 10 days for refund. Absolutely disgraceful. Basically have stollen my money. Fraudulent transaction. I’m am appalled that the owner gives the morale high ground on her show and her comapny behaves like this
