The delivery service you used to deliver my parcel was not up to the standards of what I thought the service offered. Parcel still not delivered, changed time of delivery after waiting in and I work full time (shift all my appointments to accommodate the delivery time), not being to contact the Yodel via internet or telephone.. This has caused me a lot of stress and the dress is still not been delivered.
