Service has reduced over the years, long gone are the black sturdy delivery boxes with a dust bag for your clothing. I’ve received faulty products, products not made by Forever Unique, missed delivery date and now Yodel is used to deliver rather than DPD so delivery slot and chance to reroute your delivery is no longer available. Losing faith in Forever Unique!
