I ordered garments and paid an enhanced delivery charge for next day delivery. The garments were for a particular event. Sadly they did not arrive the next day, nor two days after that. I have even been sent this review alert before the package has arrived. I don’t know what sort of response you could expect at this stage. I also wanted to track the parcel on Saturday but there was no means of doing that and no customer service number to call as the office is closed on a weekend. Very disappointing.
