Very poor service! I ordered a dress on Thursday and paid £10 for pre 10am next day delivery. Instead of receiving my dress the next day, I received an email asking for my authorisation code. I replied the email quickly in hope my dress could still be delivered the following day and have my delivery upgraded to Saturday delivery as I needed my dress for Saturday evening. I was also promised and assured that my delivery would be upgraded to Saturday delivery and if I did not receive my dress I would get a refund on m delivery. My dress was not delivered on Saturday and I was left with no dress to wear that evening. FU is not the place to go if your looking for a dress to wear short notice for an event. Their next day delivery service is inefficient and just a way to suck money from their customers
