Dress eventually arrived. After being told it was out of stock then seeing it advertised I rang customer services to ask them to explain why the same dress was advertised but I still hadn’t received mine? She was very rude and didn’t really answer my question
Poor quality dress which I have now returned.
I’m hoping for a refund but that will probably take ages as well
