I ordered my dress on Monday 25th March and paid extra for fast delivery as it was for a wedding on The Friday and the dress arrived at 11am on Friday 29th March.
When I contacted customer service to chase on Wednesday 27th March I was told that the gown was pre order and wasn’t even in stock when I purchased so I don’t understand why you didn’t alert me?
The experience was extremely stressful as I was leaving work at 1pm and the gown arrived at 11am which meant I didnt have time to try it before the event.
Such a shame as I adore the gown but it’s put me off purchasing from you online in the future.
