I found a drop-dead gorgeous dress and placed an order. I was excited to receive the delivery but two days later, received an email saying the 'refund' may take a couple of days. I did not request for a 'refund' so I enquired , in which I found they ran out of stock. They should have notified me when I was placing the order online. If they later realised they didn't have stock, they should have been open and admit rather than confusing the customer. Nonetheless, it would be great if they get more in stock because I'm still interested to purchase the gorgeous dress!
