Forever 21 is the worse store ever, they don’t tell you when things are final sale even tho not only did I asked the woman working there what the return policy is but also the fitting rooms are closed because of covid so I couldn’t try the dress on so now i'm stuck with this ugly dress. Thanks so much for wasting my money. Do not shop there unless you want to be scammed
