My order arrived with only one item missing the rest of the items. I called them they told me they couldn’t reship or refund they have to put in an investigation. Tried calling again no one to talk to, literally talking to a wall. Then I get an email to fill out the missing items report. I fill it out, they reply saying because I didn’t put in my shipping address they can’t file it, I reply that’s same as billing but add it on and resend it to them. Then they reply because I only put in item numbers and not exact details of the items they can’t file. Wtf, they are deliberately doing all this for me to loose interest. We are talking about 15 missing items and I am so mad that there’s no one to talk to.
