This was my first and last purchase from this website. It took 8 days to receive my order, and DHL held it at the processing plant for 4 days. I reached out to customer service, and all they offered was that I could return the items if they were unopened. There was no effort to retain me as a customer or any acknowledgment of the long delivery time. I'll be sticking with FragranceNet from now on!
