They claim to ship via DHL, but then provide a USPS tracking number instead. If your order doesn’t arrive and you reach out to them, they simply say they don’t know what happened, they don’t offer insurance, and they’re sorry. They stop responding after that.”
“This was my first and last purchase from this website. It took 8 days to receive my order, and DHL held it at the processing plant for 4 days. I reached out to customer service, and all they offered was that I could return the items if they were unopened. There was no effort to retain me as a customer or any acknowledgment of the long delivery time. I'll be sticking with FragranceNet from now on!”
