I received the Man’s Best Friend from a friend for my birthday and although they look very nice they are terrible biscuits. I rang Customer Service and they apologised but wouldn’t do anything else. Very expensive but inedible - rock hard and tasteless. F&M sitting on their laurels. Disappointing.
