Named delivery date missed. 45 minutes on hold with customer services. Delivered on day I was out and left visible in porch. One item broken. Appallingly badly packed. Flimsy box and no FRAGILE sign despite it containing £600 worth of china. Truly awful service. Do not buy anything online from them.
