The online ordering logistics are by far one of the worst for what is perceived as ‘premium store’. As an individual who spends thousands across the website on a personal and professional level, I will now be taking my business to Harrods, who by far offer better client care and attention to detail. The card and packaging is also nicer, as well as offer me a dedicated concierge during my higher value purchases.
