Bought 2 watches on September of this year. Mine always dies every 20 min I have to charge it.
And my wife’s watch never turns on and everytime I charge it still off never turns on. I had already emailed customer support hopefully they will be able to help me. I spent $400 for nothing looks like it and I regret it so much and Iam not sure what to do at this point.
