“Absolutely rubbish company, I sent my band back because it had fallen apart after 4 months they said they couldn’t repair it which I don’t understand as they apparently made it I asked for a refund but they said no without a receipt I sent proof of purchase thru my bank statement then they said all we can offer is a 20% off voucher, which will never ever be used by me i wish I read all the reviews online before buying”

I am a big fan of watches and I would never ever in my dreams would recon anyone to purchase this watch even not for the free! I would haha given it a negative remark as well as it’s the worst! I want my refund! The watch is not even functioning properly! Sometimes the wifi is not working sometimes the Bluetooth and the battery of the watch is just the worst!! “Bought two watches on April, 2024, and I had recently to send my watch to the Fossil repair warehouse because it was skipping time, and my experience was deeply disappointing. I purchased this watch from Macy's, but due to their new policy, I couldn't return it after 30 days. Despite clearly explaining the issue to the Fossil repair team, it seems my concerns were not taken seriously. After waiting for three weeks, I received my watch back with the same problem. It's evident that no real effort was made to diagnose or fix the issue. This lack of attention to customer concerns and inefficient service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Fossil.”
