I recently ordered a watch from Fossil as a present. Unfortunately the delivery company used (Ups) was poor, and on sending the watch back to Germany meant that I received the watch 3 weeks later than intended. The staff I spoke to at Fossil however were very helpful! The watch itself is gorgeous and the recipient loves it!
