Absolutely appalling company. Should under no circumstances have a monopoly and should be put out of business. Ordered uniform in August, it is now nearly 10 weeks since order was placed and nothing has arrived. Tried to call many times, when finally got through after hours, someone painfully slowly repeated my order my order back to me (I know what I ordered, FGS, I want to know when it's arriving!), was then put on hold for 10 minutes and subsequently hung up on. Having read numerous other reviews, this appears to be the norm, which is utterly unacceptable. I will be requesting a refund and am contemplating starting a school uniform business. It would be virtually impossible to be any worse than this shower! Avoid if you can
