Sadia Kasem from The Canary Wharf branch is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She didn’t responded to her email in a timely manner and wasted our time. Never confirmed the details on the viewings but sending us listing out of our budget/ listings which they have no key to access to the apartment. Also she bragged on how many clients she had and said she didn’t care about us if we were able to do the viewing or not. This is a shocking experience as we thought that Foxton was a great real estate agent company.
