Recently on 30th April 2025 i took a house in Ealing W5 and i really had a bad experience. Despite raising it with property agent Aaliyah Najimi regarding the washing machine not working no action was taken and i had to do the laundary myself which costed me . Also the washing machine door was broken and it fell onto my leg when i opened it the first time . i had to seek medical assistance.
