So far, so good. I wanted to try out the tablet without committing to owning one forever. The subscription gives me the flexibility to do that, with the option to return it (or upgrade) at any time. I also appreciate the email tips they send out. I would prefer a more robust customer portal on the website but the customer service is responsive and that's enough for now.
