I was skeptical at first but I am so happy that I did it. I received the package within a week id say. It was a completely brand new device. I have kept the box in a safe place because part of the terms is to return everything it came with once you cancel your membership. I’ve had a device for about maybe three weeks. I haven’t had any issues with the company and I’d say the device works for my lifestyle. I love that I didn’t have to invest so much money in purchasing the device, it gives me some time to try it out to see if I wanna buy it in the long run.
