As with other reviews on here, my frame arrived and was the wrong size. The customer service afterwards was poor and informed me they weren't prepared to do anything. After paying almost £80 for a frame, I'd expect the quality to be a bit better as well, but it is flimsy and feels like it is made from cheap material. Due to the unhelpful customer service post-sale and quality to cost ratio, I'll be ordering frames from another company in the future.
