“I worked for the company at their Roundthorn industrial estate workplace for 2 years and the frames were made poorly, was even told they were okay after I inspected them, management was very ignorant and were bullying culture with no communication nor respect. Seen a few staff leaving in disgust and you have no contract. Toxic work environment. The owners are very deceitful people who cannot be trusted, so I left, never buy frames from them.”
“These frames are absolute rubbish, the quality is so poor, literally not worth £2 never mind £60 a frame.
Bradley made, impossible to mount, low quality acrylic centres makes it virtually impossible to load, cheap metal tags you bend to keep backs in that make it impossible to fit the back. Terrible”
“As with other reviews on here, my frame arrived and was the wrong size. The customer service afterwards was poor and informed me they weren't prepared to do anything. After paying almost £80 for a frame, I'd expect the quality to be a bit better as well, but it is flimsy and feels like it is made from cheap material. Due to the unhelpful customer service post-sale and quality to cost ratio, I'll be ordering frames from another company in the future.”
“Be warned, they encourage you to upload your images, giving the impression throughout the whole process that you shall receive a framed image.
Far from it, you receive an empty overpriced frame that is of a lesser quality than you would buy from IKEA.
And they have a no returns policy, claiming that their frames are made to measure, they 100% are not, standard frames.
Terribly misleading crooked organisation.”
