Excellent course especially as an introduction into accounts amd its management. Tge delivery and Kevin the trainer was excellent and really made it easier to understand and the interactive nature meant that you were not getting bored. Only down sidr I would say is it should be geared more for new franchisees, those with 3/4 years experience plus would most likely have learmt a lot of these things. However, definately reccommened for new framchisees.
