Our course co-ordinator was Kevin who I thought was extremely knowledgable and delivered the training in a tangible fashion which was most useful. The pace and interaction was sympathetic and made us really understand, rather than being the one where training just flys over your head. Negs: Over run a bit & could keep the open dialogue to the point and stick with the programme. Would defo recommend.
