I have bought a couple of items from the Frank Howard website and based on my experiences I would have no hesitation in doing so again. I can throughly recommend the efficient and speedy service. PayPal is now in use as one of the payment methods. The amount paid for delivery is also very competitive. They have some great offers on at regular intervals and my most recent purchase was one of these - a high quality Makita set of SDS masonry drills and chisels including some nearly 18 inches long, all in a sturdy storage/ carrying case. I reckon it was a lot for under £20 delivered to N Ireland in just two days.
