Excellent customer service! I accidently double purchased an item from Frank Howard. I emailed them straight away to explain my error, and by the next morning a refund was in progress, even though I was at fault! My order was delivered earlier than expected, packaged very securely- bubble wrapped, boxed, then bubble wrapped again, then put in a bubble wrap envelope. I came across Frank Howard through Google- searching for building materials for my son that has started an apprenticeship. They came up as the cheapest, and they don't disappoint on service either. 5 stars from me!! The first time I've ever used Frank Howard.
