This is a 'bricks' rather than 'clicks' set-up, so you may want to phone them the first time you use them. I bought a high ticket price item, 15% cheaper than Amazon Prime (including free courier delivery)or anyone else that stocked the machine. Service was quick, once I called in(they could work on communicating delivery schedule a little better). Apart from that they are competitively priced, friendly, fast and high-quality tool shop with real people to sort you out if needed - 5 stars from me.
