The person responsible for this mis-managed mess of a pharmacy should be fired for gross incompetency. I have never experienced such a dysfunctional group of individuals in my life. My Dr. called in a simple prescription a week ago. When I stopped by to pick it up they said it would be 3 days (good thing it wasn't critical). I returned 3 days later they said I could pick it up after my shopping. After my shopping they said it would be a couple more hours. 2 days later I called and it STILL WASN"T FILLED. Unbelievable! They shouldn't be shut down, they provide a critical service to many people, but the responsible manager should leave immediately. Find somewhere else to take your business, especially if your health is at risk.
